Crossville Elementary is Recycling Old Phone Books. We will receive $ .25 for every Farmers Phone Book we receive. Please send us yours before March 12th.

The Crossville Saddle Club will hold it's first Horse Show March 28th at 2:00pm. Everyone is invited to come out for a day of fun. If you have a horse, bring it to show or just come to watch. We have gaited horse classes and quarter horse classes. We have barrel raceing and lead line. Admission is $3.00 a person and children under 12 are free. Come out and join us. Crossville's Historical Committee will be selling copies of a book written and created by Beverly Robinson's 4th grade class. The book titled "Crossville Then and Now" was created as part of an oral history assignment done in the classroom. The book includes papers written by the students about speakers that came to visit the class. The book also contains pictures of each person and photographs or copies of any objects, or newspaper articles that they brought to share. It contains 88 pages of information.

Color Copies are $ 20.00. If you are interested in purchasing a copy of this book, please pick up an order form from Beverly Robinson or Crossville City Hall.

This car show is in memory of Cody Renfroe, a Crossville Volunteer Firefighter, who on 10-29-08 gave his life doing what he loved most - "FireFighting." Cody had a great love for old hot rods, and car shows. Please join us in honoring Cody and the Crossville Volunteer Fire Department.

Crossville Elementary is now participating in the My Coke Rewards for Schools program. Send the caps or codes from any coke products to the school, or log on to mycokerewards.com to see how you can Donate to Your School.

Crossville Elementary is collecting Box Tops for Education. Please send your box tops. We get $ 0.10 for each box top turned it.

In addition to Box Tops, we are also collecting used/empty printer cartridges. We can send in the cartridges to be recycled, and get money back in return. What a great way to help the School and environment at the same time. You can send in any cartridge in a ziplock bag or the original box. There will be a collection bin at the front of the school. For your convenience, there will also be one at Crossville Town Hall.

Lastly, we are trying something new this year. We are collecting Labels from Nestle Pure Life Water Bottles. The labels say GO PLAY! These labels will earn us free equipment to help with physical fitness.You don't need to have a child in school to participate.

Marvin Methodist Church, a little Rock Church down 68, has a Wednesday afternoon children bible study at 4 pm.   You are invited to bring your children or we will pick them up.   Lots of fun and enough bible study where they will remember what is taught.  Adults are also invited to our regular Sunday Service that begins at 9:45. You will hear a great sermon and enjoy some super fellowship.  Come as you are.
