The Top of Alabama Regional Council of Governments (TARCOG) is assisting older adults who wish to learn basic computer and internet skills. If you are a beginner and want to learn how to Google, to use Facebook, or if you are just curious about what the worldwide web has to offer, this is a great way to learn. The Crossville Saddle Club is always looking for new members. If you would like to join, dues are $10.00 a person, or $20.00 per family, and free for children and grandchildren under 18. Meetings are held the 1st and 3rd Tuesday nights at 7:00 pm. For more information, please call (256) 561-3084 or (256) 572-4628. We would love for you to come and check us out. We are a family club. We have horse shows, trail rides and other fun activities. We meet for Thanksgiving and Christmas with good meals and good chats. |
Crossville Elementary School is collecting Coke codes for P.E. Equipment. The codes can be found on the lids or boxes of all coke products. We need 23,ooo points to get a K-5 pack with balls, scooters, hoola hoops, and lots more. We only need 7,000 more points. If you would like to help, please send you codes to the elementary school. Your help would be greatly appreciated! |
